Bank Wire transfer info:

To place an order for payment by bank wire transfer, please call us at 941-264-5019 and we will be happy to assist you. Please note: all orders over $5,000.00 must be pre-paid with a wire transfer. We do not accept credit card payment on orders over $5,000.00. Note: A $20.00 bank wire fee is added to all orders paid by bank wire transfer. Please note that this is included in your order total and does not include any fees your bank may charge. Most banks take a small fee out of each wire transfer. It is your responsibility to transfer enough money to cover both your bank's transfer fee and the total of your order. If your transfer arrives and does not equal the full dollar amount of your order, you will need to send us another transfer to cover the difference; you will then be responsible for a second $20.00 wire transfer fee.

Low Price Guarantee policy:

We are committed to providing the best possible prices to our customers. If you find a legitimate online store offering a lower price than us on any in stock item, submit a price match request via our contact us form and we will beat or match their price. Price match terms:

The item you are price matching must be the exact item sold through abcmarineservice.com. The items must be brand new and in stock at our competitor's website. Any shipping charges added by our competitor's website are considered part of the price of the item. For example, if our item listed is $200 with free shipping and their item is listed at $190 with a $10 shipping charge, their price and our price are considered the same. We will not match any prices on items listed in "matrix," "pyramid," or "ladder" schemes. We will not match eBay auctions or any online auction websites Including Amazon. All items must be brand new and factory-warrantied (no used, refurbished or remanufactured items will be matched). Please note that shipping costs must also be included in the price match. 

In some cases, we may need to contact our competitor to ensure that the item is in stock and that all terms are met; if this is the case, we will contact them and call you back once we have verified all necessary information. Please note that abcmarineservice.com reserves the right to refuse a price match for any reason.

When we do ship the wrong product to you or fail to ship a product in a package, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is as follows. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC will verify that an item has been left out of a package by repacking the original order and comparing what the weight should have been to the actual weight shipped. If we can clearly see that an item was left out of the box, we will ship the item to you at no charge using the same shipping method that was originally used on the original order. We will gladly upgrade your service to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Taxes:

A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for the state that you reside in, due to new E-Commerce tax collection policies. 

RETURNS:

You may return most merchandise within 15 days of the original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including electrical parts. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC's return policy is very simple. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC will gladly accept returns, if notified within 15 days after the user's receipt of their product. All returned products must have a Return Material Authorization Number on the outside of the package.  Products being returned without the proper Return Material Authorization Number on the packaging will be refused and returned back to the user(s), at their cost. You may obtain a Return Material Authorization Number by Email - orders@abcmarineservice.com

All standard returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All freight on returns must be prepaid. All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive back in our facility, before a credit is issued. All returns must include all peripherals accompanied with each product. This includes hardware, manuals, cables, etc. Returns that do not include all peripherals will be returned to the user(s) or charged back to the user(s) on a per item basis. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC does not accept returns on any shipped, electrical parts. All returns are required to be in their original packaging and must be in new/resellable condition when returned. A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC does not refund original or return freight charges, this includes ground, overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day shipping. Special orders are non returnable. A special order is considered, any product that A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC does not stock or is listed a special order on the product page.

If your order is damaged upon receipt from the delivering carrier, A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of package. All orders shipped via UPS automatically have $100 insurance. For any amount over $100, you must purchase additional insurance at the time the order is placed with A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC 

Any item returned to A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC  that received free shipping will have a deduction equal to the amount of the original shipping cost deducted from any credit issued.

NOTE:  ALL returns will incur a 3% processing fee that will be deducted from any refund issued. 

Service and Support:

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction and Venue:

You agree that any legal action brought against A Better Choice Marine Service, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the abcmarineservice.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Manatee County, Florida.
